Training
at PTI is based on the
European fitness model
illustrated below. PTI
trainers use this model
to create individual
programs. They start
with focused analysis of
sport-specific
performance to determine
which muscles are
limiting performance.
Once the limiters are
identified a training
program is developed to
strengthen and condition
these muscles leading to
significant improvement
in performance.
PTI
will then create an
individualized training
program for you by
selecting specific
exercise combinations
unique to you and your
goals. Your program may
include agility and
plyometric exercises,
pilates, core exercises,
as well as free weights.
