PTI Policies
PERSONAL TRAINING POLICIES
BOOKING: Please confirm your desired appointment times on a weekly basis, at least several days before the first session of each week. Please advise the trainers on any planned vacations, out of town meetings, etc., so that
they may book other clients in that spot. Last minute appointment requests are acceptable, but there is a chance that they might not be accommodated due to prior commitments.
LATE ARRIVAL: If you are running late, please give trainers a courtesy call. If you are 20 minutes late and they have not received a call from you, you will be considered a "no show" and will be charged for the missed session.
CANCELLATIONS: Any sessions canceled with
less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the rate of a full session.
REFUNDS: All pre-paid training packages are non refundable, except for special circumstances (moving out of town, illness, ect.) PTI has a right to offer you a substitute trainer if your trainer left the company.
PAYMENT: ALL personal training sessions payments are due upon the completion of each session. Personal training packages are pre-paid.

GROUP CLASS POLICIES
BOOKING: You must
sign in online at least four hours in advance for the Thursday night Wonderbarre and
ALL TRX classes. Drop-ins welcome for any other class.
CANCELLATIONS: Any class canceled with
less than 2 hours notice will be charged at the rate of a full class.
REFUNDS: All pre-paid class packages are non refundable, except for special circumstances (moving out of town, illness, ect.) PTI has a right to change class instructors for any given session without notice.
PAYMENT: ALL class sessions payments are due upon the completion of each session.
