The PTI Elite program isn't just your typical training camp - it's a full service fitness solution for the off season!
You may have heard the phrase, "Champions are made in the off season." But it's more than just that; no matter what sport you participate in, proper training during the off season will make you stronger and help you stay injury free, which give you greater confidence when it's time to compete. Without structured team practices it can be hard to prioritize workouts and know exactly what things you should be working on and if you're doing them right. That's where the trainers at PTI come in!
Get all the benefits of an off season training camp without the hassle of sleeping on a hard bunk bed. Three times a week you'll train at PTI with a small group of athletes with similar fitness levels and goals. Because the size of your group will never exceed five people you'll get a lot of individual attention from your PTI coach. You'll learn what your strengths and weaknesses are, then how to work on those weaknesses to reach a new level of athleticism. We'll also monitor your progress on days you're training on your own; even if you're on vacation for a few weeks we'll design a traveling program for you to make sure you keep progressing forward. With package options for 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks we've got a program to fit your needs.
