PTI Sports Specific Conditioning
If you are involved in competitive sports such as running, cycling, tennis, hockey, and many others, you may benefit from an individualized sport-specific conditioning program.
Your PTI trainer will build a personalized program for you based on the European training model. We start with a focused analysis of your sport performance, then we will watch your posture and movement patterns during exercise. By comparing your baseline with your performance goals, your personal trainer will determine which muscles are limiting performance. Once an initial assessment has been made a training program will be developed and monitored to allow you to reach your performance goals. Your program may include agility and plyometric exercises, Pilates, core exercises, as well as free weights.
