PTI Sports Specific Conditioning - Adult
No matter what your age or competitive level, sports specific conditioning can help you reach your full potential and become a more well rounded athlete. The trainers at PTI have years of experience building conditioning programs for a variety of sports like tennis, golf, running, hockey, swimming, and cycling.
The PTI Sports Conditioning program is also a good choice if you've ever experienced an overuse injury. Certain sports in particular cause frequent injuries because of the repetitive nature of their movements. This creates muscular imbalance which potentially causes pain and injury, but a proper conditioning program will address those imbalances and prevent problems down the road.
Like all the programs at PTI, your trainer will observe your movement patterns and address your strengths and weaknesses so that we can then start working on sports specific functional exercises. Your personal training sessions will take place in the brand new, fully equipped PTI studio. There are no crowds, no waiting for equipment and no distractions - just time for you and your trainer to focus on your training and your goals.
