TRX Suspension Training
We've currently have 2 TRX group classes a week:
TRX Body Blast with Bibsy
Tuesdays 9:15 am
Thursdays 9:15 am
TRX Body Blast is structured more like a traditional group class where you'll keep your heart rate up with exercises that are choreographed to the tempo of the music. The essence of TRX Body Blast is group training in a communal environment, and each class beings with a warm up and ends with a cool down.
Due to limit space we do require that you sign up at least 2 hours in advance for any TRX group class. If you need to cancel you must also do that 2 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
