One on One and Small Group TRX

TRX utilizes a system of ropes and webbing to allow participants to work against their own body weight in a variety of multi-planar exercise movements. It provides the perfect mix of support and mobility to train strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, power, and core stability all at once across a wide range of resistance.

For people interested in TRX workouts tailored to their specific needs we also have the option for private, one-on-one personal training sessions using the TRX. The TRX Suspension Trainer makes it possible for people to do exercises they may not be able to do otherwise. For example, a person with very tight calves may have difficulty doing a normal squat without placing too much stress on the knees, but when holding on to the TRX that same person can safely complete a squat because they can angle their upper body further, a position that would cause them to lose balance without the TRX. The TRX also makes it possible to fully stretch certain muscles that are otherwise hard to position yourself correctly for. For those reasons TRX is it a terrific choice for people interested in injury prevention or recovery.

The TRX Suspension Trainer is also great for both sport specific training and individual fitness development. From just starting out to professional athlete, the TRX can be adjusted to be as easy or as difficult as needed.
