PTI is pleased to offer Wonderbarre, an exciting new program of exercise classes. These intense one-hour classes incorporate yoga, Pilates, ballet and orthopedic stretching to create long, lean muscles and a flexible, toned body. Classes are open to all levels and there's no experience required.
Wonderbarre will help you build:
-Long, sculpted muscle definition
-Strong, firm abs
-Greater flexibility
-Improved posture
-Enhanced strength and vitality
Wonderbarre exercises involve no impact or heavy weights and are gentle on your joints. You'll work in a specially designed studio with a padded floor and a ballet barre, using your own body weight for resistance.
