Personal Training

PTI will create an individualized training program for you by developing a specific exercise combination unique to you and your goals. As you improve we will modify the program to track your progress.

Sports Conditioning

PTI trainers provide European-style sports conditioning, starting with general conditioning regimens and moving on to individualized sports-specific training.

Senior Wellness

Over the past ten years, PTI has developed special expertise in training seniors. The Senior Wellness program concentrates on improving strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and endurance that can dramatically improve your quality of life.

Track & Field Academy

PTI offers a specialized program for individuals who seek to improve their performance in Track and Field competition. Training is provided for all Track and Field events in PTI's new, specially designed studio.

Wonderbarre

This intense one-hour class incorporates yoga, Pilates, ballet, and orthopedic stretching to produce long lean muscles and a flexible, toned body.
