Sport-Specific Conditioning
PTI clients who are involved in competitive sports such as running, cycling, tennis, or hockey, may benefit from an individualized sport-specific conditioning program.
Training at PTI is based on the scientific European training model. PTI trainers create individual programs by starting with a focused analysis of your performance in your competitive sport. By comparing your baseline performance with your performance goals, PTI trainers determine which muscles are limiting performance. When the limiters are identified, a training program is developed to strengthen, condition, and balance the critical muscles that will lead to significant improvement and allow you to reach your performance goals. Your program may include agility and plyometric exercises, Pilates, core exercises, as well as free weights.
