PTI is pleased to offer Wonderbarre, an exciting new program of exercise classes. These intense one-hour classes incorporate yoga, Pilates, ballet and orthopedic stretching to create long, lean muscles and a flexible, toned body.
Classes are open to all levels.
No experience required.
Exercises involve no impact or heavy weights and are gentle on your joints.You will work in a special studio with a padded floor and a ballet barre, using your own body weight for resistance.
