About PTI
Philosophy of Training at PTI
Training at PTI is based on the scientific European fitness model. PTI trainers create individual programs by starting with focused analysis of your performance, whether it be in a competitive sport or in daily living. We will then assist you in developing realistic performance goals based on our extensive experience with a range of ages and capabilities. By comparing your baseline performance with your performance goals, PTI trainers determine the critical muscles that need to be strengthened and conditioned to allow you to reach the next step in progress toward your performance goals.
